1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TaroVault ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TaroVault is an AI-powered platform that generates custom tarot card decks based on text prompts. We use third-party AI image generation services to produce the artwork. Generated images may vary in quality and are not guaranteed to match your exact expectations.
3. Accounts and Credits
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Deck credits are purchased and consumed to generate full 78-card decks. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable. Credits are non-refundable except as stated in our satisfaction guarantee.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your first credit pack purchase — if you are not satisfied with the quality of your first generated deck, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Subsequent purchases are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the images generated using your prompts and your credits. You may use your generated decks for personal or commercial purposes, including print-on-demand, sale, or distribution, without attribution required. We do not claim any ownership over your generated content.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API or infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Availability and Changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated images will be error-free, suitable for any particular purpose, or free from unintended content. Use of AI-generated imagery is at your own discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaroVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
